Besides in Grain Storage field, the galvanized silo system works in various application. For example storage of Flour(wheat/maize) or other powder industry, construction material or water storage tank with inside liner and aquaculture.
Except main storage silo body, an integrity grain storage silo system should also have necessary auxiliary equipment to form an integrity grain storage system, Including:
- Grain loading and unloading equipment (bucket elevator, Chain Conveyor, Screw Auger and so on);
Usually the silo loading is realized by bucket elevator, auger and so one to get rapid loading from truck or agro train, ship and so on. At the same time, the loading device should be supported by the galvanized tower with ladder and maintenance platform.
- Grain Preclean sieve and dust filtration system;
During grain harvesting season, there will be a lot of impurities mixed in the grain. As a result it will generate a lot dust and also affect the healthy grain storage in the silo. For example, it will affect moisture level and make grain getting bad.
Besides, impurities will also block trasportation equipment, lncluding elevator, conveyor, chute, spout. Grain preclean sieve will remove most large impurities and small impurities, dust mixed in the grain to avoid above problem.
- Grain Status Monitoring system (Thermal monitoring, grain level in the silo);
In order to get safety storage in as long as possible period. Grain status monitoring system is nessecary in grain silo storage system. Such thermal monitoring system can detect temperature and moisture in different site inside the silo. By the useful result shown on screen, storage managing group can take responding action for safety storage inside the grain silo.
- Grain Aeration system to control the temperature and humidity of grain.
Thermal monitoring system will collect real-time grain status data. According to the result, we can decide when to run the grain ventilation system. Through this, grain aeration system will drop down grain temperature and humidity effectively .
- General Control Cabinet or PLC control system: Easy and Convenient for grain storage silo system.
By setting the control system in the central control room, we can realize easy control, real time data collection on each equipment of the whole grain storage system. Of course, the more intelligent system adopted, the more acurate result and safety storage will be get on the grain.
