Parallel and Counter Flow Grain Dryer

  • Adopt various temperature in different drying section. With cooling and warming section below each drying section to evaluate drying grain quality. High Moisture Grain was dried in High temperature parallel section and do moisture heat exchange in the cooling&warming section. To realize surface heat go inside the grain and moisture out.
  • In the cooling section adopt mixed flow drying type, to cooling down the grain slowly ensuring the grain color and quality.
  • External wind channel to get higher wind pressure and power during drying process, so that the grain can not be burned or cracked, dried grain will own better color and bulk density.
